The story behind Quiver Strategy:

In my wedding vows, I committed to my wife that I would be a good father to our 6 kids. She talked me back to maybe aim for only 4 kids, but I have always loved kids and wanted as many as we could have. Early on in our marriage, we started trying. But to our surprise, my wife and I struggled to have kids and the doctors could not figure out what was wrong with us. After 3 years of trying we finally were able to get pregnant, only to experience a heart-wrenching miscarriage. I felt the highest of highs with that first pregnancy and the lowest of lows from the resulting miscarriage. 3 more miscarriages and 2 years later, we decided to adopt and welcomed home our daughter Eliana. Wanting to adopt more kids, we hit another wall when our adoption agency closed down. All along we had kept trying to have kids with no success. Then, we turned to IVF. After the challenging road through IVF, 1 year later we had another daughter Karina. 18 months, miraculously, my wife birthed our third that we conceived naturally.

My Company is called Quiver Strategy because the word Quiver became a beacon of hope during our 6-year journey to have kids. A friend of mine who was encouraging me through our journey used to reference Psalm 127:4-5 “Like Arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them.”

As he regularly encouraged me over those years of struggle, Quiver soon became like a code word of encouragement. I held on to that word as a promise from God and when things seemed hopeless and I wondered if I would ever reach our family goals, I would remember that verse about Quiver as an encouragement that we would make it through. I know Quiver Strategy will be a beacon of hope for business owners as I work with them to develop the strategy they need to regain control of time money and life purpose and to have a successful Small Business.
